At Japanese Head Spa Co, we are a rapidly growing international brand specialising in Japanese Head Spa equipment, professional scalp and hair products, and accredited training courses for salons, spas, and wellness businesses across the UK and globally.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive individual to join our operations team and support the day-to-day running of our warehouse, stock control, and logistics department.
About the Role
This is a hands-on operational role working within our warehouse and customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing daily customer orders, preparing shipments accurately, updating tracking information, and supporting logistics for both UK and international orders.
You will also assist with stock management, replenishment planning, and coordinating with our international teams to ensure correct stock levels are maintained based on supplier lead times and demand forecasting.
This role would suit someone who enjoys organisation, accuracy, and working within a fast-paced growing business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing daily customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Weighing parcels correctly and processing shipments using the Royal Mail Business Account
- Uploading tracking information and updating order statuses on the back end of the website
- Assisting the customer service team with order and delivery queries
- Coordinating logistics and scheduling for Japanese Head Spa equipment deliveries
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock control processes
- Preparing replenishment orders based on sales trends and supplier lead times
- Working with international teams to ensure stock availability across multiple countries
- Liaising with warehouses, couriers, and suppliers regarding deliveries and logistics
- Assisting with stock takes and warehouse organisation
- Ensuring all orders are packed to a high standard in line with our premium brand image
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good computer skills and confidence using online systems/apps
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and proactive approach to work
- Ability to lift and move stock safely when required
- Previous warehouse, logistics, ecommerce, or fulfilment experience is desirable
Desirable Experience
- Experience using Royal Mail Business Account systems
- Ecommerce order processing experience
- Stock control or inventory management experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience working within beauty, wellness, or retail industries
