Vanguard Prime Security are looking for experienced and motivated Head Door Supervisors to join our team, working within licensed venues in Aberdeen City Centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Door Supervisor looking to take the next step into a leadership position.
The role:
- Friday & Saturday evening/night shifts
- Lead and supervise the door team
- Maintain high standards of safety, security and customer service
- Manage incidents effectively and professionally
- Work closely with venue management and the wider security team
- Support and mentor other Door Supervisors
We are looking for someone who has:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Excellent communication and people-management skills
- A professional and confident approach
- Experience working in bars, clubs or licensed venues
- 2–3 years’ relevant experience preferred
- Previous leadership experience is desirable
- A strong understanding of security procedures and customer service
