About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support to people in their own homes across West Swansea.
Your role will include:
- Providing high-quality personal care and support
- Promoting independence, dignity and emotional wellbeing
- Supporting clients to live safely and comfortably at home
- Assisting with everyday tasks and routines
- Building positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Making a genuine difference to the lives of the people you support
No Previous Care Experience Required
You don't need previous experience working in care.
We're looking for people who are caring, compassionate, reliable and willing to learn. Full training, ongoing support and development will be provided.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
