We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a proven track record in outbound telesales
- Has at least 1 years' experience in the energy sector
- Is a genuine self-starter who can work remotely with minimal supervision
- Consistently hits and exceeds sales targets
- Is confident, resilient, and highly motivated by commission
- Has excellent communication, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Brings energy, professionalism, and a winning mindset every day
Your Role
- Contact prospective customers through outbound sales calls
- Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs
- Present tailored energy solutions and close sales
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activity
- Contribute to a high-performance sales culture
Shifts - Shift rotation
Week One - Monday – Thursday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Week Two - Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday Availability: 10:00am – 2:00pm (must commit to 1-4 per month)
