The Role:
We have an opportunity for a Customer Care Manager to join our team in Stirling.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Customer Care on our completed developments.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage a small in-house maintenance team.
- Carry out client home visits and undertake defect inspections to their properties.
- Co-ordinate remedial works to clients properties within reasonable timescales.
- Monitor, receive and log results of emails and telephone calls from clients.
- Oversee work of external contractors, ensuring works are carried out to a high standard.
- Liaise with warranty provider’s claims departments.
- Provide monthly reports on progress, repeat items and close out statistics.
- Liaise with Housing Associations at end of 12month defect period.
- Work closely with H&S and HR to ensure adherence with policies and procedures.
Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
- Good experience/knowledge of housebuilding and related industries *desirable
- Ability to work independently, prioritise work, make informed decisions and take initiative.
- Previous Customer Services experience.
- Polite, friendly and professional person who is solution focused.
- Previous experience of using computer software similar to eque2 or COINS would be an advantage
