Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. This role involves managing front-desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions within our practice. This role will require to work on Saturdays.
Duties
- Welcome visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organisation
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Maintain organised records through data entry and filling system
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organising supplies
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
Requirements
- Previous receptionist experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for right candidate
- Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
- Experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative support is advantageous
