We are a busy hydraulic repair company based in Bedfordshire close to St. Neots. We are looking for a highly competent office administrator / service coordinator to join our friendly aftersales team.
You will be working alongside the service manager and service controller, assisting the day-to-day running of the department.
Typical duties will involve;
- Main contact for client communications - phone & email, inbound & outbound
- Building positive relationships & managing client bookings / job diary
- Use of MS Word, Excel & our online customer database/job management programme (Dragon2000) - familiarisation training will be provided on Dragon2000
- Transferring engineer notes to job logs & customer-facing work summaries
- Compiling customer estimates using Dragon2000 & notes provided by engineers
- Assisting Service Manager with general admin, including maintaining & updating marketing databases
- Requesting and obtaining PO numbers & payments from customers
The role is maternity cover, but with the projected growth of the business we look to making the job a full-time role. This will suit a friendly, self-motivated person who takes pride in their work & wants to deliver their best for our customers.
