We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Practice and Compliance Manager to join our busy and well-established mixed dental practice.Working alongside our existing management team, you will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting practice operations, and contributing to the continued success and growth of the practice.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in dental practice management
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance and practice management
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a large team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintaining policies, procedures, and risk assessments
- Monitoring compliance with infection prevention and control protocols
- Ensuring adherence to team CPD, safeguarding requirements, and health and safety legislation
- Conducting regular compliance audits and inspections
- Monitoring clinical governance systems
- Preparing for and supporting CQC inspections
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
