Chef De Partie - Full Time - 40 to 45 Hours Per Week Guaranteed Hours - Permanent

Pay: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour
Must have a valid basic food hygiene and food safety certificate
Must drive due to location
Hours: 0900am to 2100 (0900am to 1430pm and 1630pm to 2100 - Some shifts may be split).
We are on the lookout for an experienced Chef De Partie to join a busy well-known family-run restaurant in the Wigan area. Suitable for someone looking for their next permanent chef role who has a minimum of two years of experience as Chef De Partie. The client we are working with is looking for someone who can handle a busy restaurant with the occasional weddings and corporate events. The restaurant and team has a lot of potential for growth and development. A perfect opportunity for the right person.
The Role:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting quality dishes
- A fast-paced restaurant with up to 170 covers
- Scope to work mornings/afternoon/evenings
- Assisting with the management of health and safety procedures
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
