At Deeside Management Services Ltd, we provide reactive and planned property maintenance services across commercial, industrial, and retail properties throughout North Wales, Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and the Midlands.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Property Maintenance Operative to join our expanding team.
The Role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance works across our portfolio of commercial properties.
We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in:
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
- Joinery
- General Building Maintenance
- Facilities Maintenance
- Multi-Trade Property Maintenance
Duties Include
- Plumbing repairs and installations
- Basic electrical repairs and maintenance
- Joinery and general building repairs
- Door and lock repairs
- Ceiling and flooring repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Gutter and drainage maintenance
- General reactive maintenance tasks
- Supporting larger project works when required
Essential Requirements
✅ Full UK Driving Licence
✅ Must be aged 23 or over (for insurance purposes)
✅ Previous property maintenance experience
✅ Background in a recognised trade (Plumbing, Electrical, Joinery or similar)
✅ Able to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Reliable, professional and customer-focused
Desirable
- City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent trade qualifications
- IPAF
- PASMA
- First Aid
- Experience working within commercial property maintenance

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
07:00 – 16:00
Overtime available and paid at enhanced rates.
Salary
£14.00+ per hour depending on experience, qualifications and trade background.
