I'm currently looking for a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team at The Weigh Inn as a duty manager.
To excel in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication and customer service skills. You should be a good listener, have a friendly and approachable demeanor, and be able to remain calm and professional under pressure. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
This is a hands-on role, leading from the front - not office based
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation including food and beverage service
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills & reception duties
- Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
- The ability to lead the team to achieve consistently high standards
