Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Manage food production processes, including portion control, presentation, and consistency of dishes served
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate service times and optimise customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and minimise waste through effective stock management
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment in line with health & safety protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen setting, mandat within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong culinary skills with a comprehensive understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Experience in food production, restaurant operations, or catering services is highly desirable

Pay: £13.00-£19.28 per hour
