Role Overview
We’re looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. If you love working with young children and are committed to providing high-quality early years care, we’d love to hear from you. A term-time only contract can be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and high-quality care, ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing at all times.
- Support engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.
- Foster a positive, nurturing atmosphere for children, families, and staff.
- Keep the nursery environment clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with parents, sharing regular updates on each child’s day and progress.
- Assist with accurate record-keeping.
About You
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) – required
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting – preferred
- A solid understanding of child development and early years best practice
- Warm, positive communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Organised, reliable and able to multitask

Pay: £12.75-£13.25 per hour
