We are looking for Bartenders for New Venue opening on Bold Street.
As part of our team, you're the first point of contact for our guests and set the standards. The job responsibilities include:
- All facets of service; greeting guests, taking drinks orders, making the drinks, and ensuring our guests are looked after.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the cocktail menu and classics (following our training program), and an ability to make these quickly and effectively.
- Changing kegs and cellar maintenance and cleanliness; a keen interest in cask ale/draught offering would be a bonus.
- Opening and closing the venue, ensuring both front and back of house is well-kept.

Full training will be provided for the role, but experience in a high-volume environment would be ideal.
