Job Summary

Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality food presentation
- SevenRooms experience ideal but not essential
- Supervise and motivate team members
- Manage food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate with the kitchen
- Support bartenders in bar service when needed, including bartending tasks and drink preparation
- Train new staff members on service procedures, safety standards, and company policies
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; assist with ordering as necessary
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Experience with bartending and bar management is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Extensive restaurant experience
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and guest service
