The Senior Accredited Immigration Caseworker:
- Must be qualified as an IAAS Accredited (Immigration and Asylum Accreditation) Level 2 senior caseworker with proven experience in public funding Immigration Law
Successful applicant:
- Will be responsible for delivering our Immigration and Asylum LAA contract, including appeals and judicial reviews in Tribunals and the higher courts; Detention & the Fast Track Process; Excellent grounding in Refugee and Asylum Law; Taking instructions and preparing cases; Maintaining billing and costing procedures; Monthly file reviews and other related duties required for the position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent client care skills given the particular sensitivity associated with Human Rights
- Experience in own advocacy before the Tribunal is an advantage
- Be of a strong character with a professional pro-active approach
- Commitment and dedication to performing quality of service and taking responsibility at all times
- Target driven and able to show a capability to cope well under pressure
- Be able to demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills, multi-task and keep to tight deadlines and as well as to maintain authority at all times.
Salary is negotiable depending upon experience
Pay: £17,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

- Luton LU1 2RD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
