We are seeking a special individual to join our team at Rocksteady Care as the Registered
Manager for flagship 4 bed children’s home in Sittingbourne, Kent.
Rocksteady specialise in applied therapeutic practice placing the children and team at the
centre of our dynamic model.
The home is spacious and equipped with additional sensory, counselling and games room as
well as an education and music room in the grounds for therapy.
With other 60 years combined experience in applied therapeutic practice and 30 years
specifically in the sector. Rocksteady leadership team has developed a team that includes both
Therapeutic & Creative Specialists to support the growth and development of everyone who
joins us on our journey.

Qualifications & Requirements.
- Level 5 NVQ in leadership and Management or equivalent (Desirable)
- Level 3 NVQ in residential childcare / children’s and young people workforce or equivalent.
- Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager or Deputy Manager.
- Genuine passion for achieving outcomes and working in a trauma informed way.
