We are planning an extensive reimagining of the outside space in anticipation of the Kings theatre opening as well as new creative on drinks and food menus. This is an excellent opportunity to be a major contributor to the next generation of the Blackbird
Successful applicants should have enthusiasm for the industry, an excellent command of English, have Management experience, knowledge of spirits, an interest in food trends, commercial flair and awareness of the Edinburgh independent drinking scene.
