Location: George Edwards Estate Agents, Measham
Hours: 9 hours per week (3 hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
Working Hours: Between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Exact working times are flexible and can be agreed with the successful applicant.
Pay: £13.48 per hour
Contract: Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover – approximately 5–6 months, depending on the return of the employee from maternity leave)

At George Edwards, family is at the heart of what we do. We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive individual to join our lettings team to coordinate property maintenance while a valued member of our team is on maternity leave.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organising, communicating with people and providing outstanding customer service in a busy office environment.
The Role
As our Property Maintenance Coordinator, you'll oversee maintenance requests from initial report through to completion, acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and responding to maintenance requests from tenants.
- Coordinating repairs with our trusted network of contractors.
- Liaising with landlords to obtain approvals where required.
- Keeping tenants informed throughout the repair process.
- Monitoring repairs to ensure they are completed promptly and to a high standard.
- Maintaining accurate records using our property management software.
- Assisting with compliance-related maintenance and inspections.
- Working closely with the wider lettings team to provide an excellent service.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Is confident using computers and learning new systems.
- Enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team.
- Previous administration, customer service or property experience would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
