About Us:
Childcare4U Marlow is a purpose-designed nursery set within a beautifully converted Grade II listed farmhouse, offering a unique blend of character and charm in the heart of Marlow.
The Role:
As Deputy Nursery Manager, you’ll be a part of the day-to-day running of the nursery, helping lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care and early years education in line with the EYFS framework. You'll be instrumental in maintaining our excellent reputation and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help oversee all operational aspects of the nursery
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Early Years Practitioners
- Ensure the nursery meets Ofsted standards and follows EYFS requirements
- Develop strong relationships with children, parents, carers, and staff
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment for all children
About You:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or above)
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in an early years setting
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for early years education and making a difference
