Duties
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks across various areas, including resturant & bar, office, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize surfaces, and dispose of waste effectively
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to maintain operational readiness
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to scheduled cleaning routines
- Support additional janitorial duties as needed to uphold the facility’s cleanliness standards
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor buffers, or carpet cleaners is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Good communication skills for reporting issues and following instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
