Duties

- Analyze operational data, financial reports, and market trends to inform decision-making processes
- Design actionable recommendations to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
- Support clients in change management efforts by providing clear communication strategies and training plans
- Monitor progress post-implementation, evaluate outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results
Experience
- Proven experience in business analysis or management consulting with a focus on performance improvement
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into practical solutions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within tight deadlines
- Familiarity with industry best practices in process optimization, organizational change, and strategic planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field; advanced certifications are a plus

Pay: £65,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
