Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a friendly demeanour to provide outstanding guest services and support the smooth operation of our establishment.
Duties
- Greet guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, creating a positive first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle incoming phone calls with proper etiquette, directing enquiries to appropriate departments
- Assist guests with enquiries, reservations, and general information about the facility
- Maintain the reception area in a neat and organised manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Manage administrative tasks such as booking records, correspondence, and scheduling appointments
- Support other front desk functions as required to ensure seamless operations

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable personality with a professional demeanour
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of guest services standards within the hospitality industry is advantageous
- Previous experience using hotel management software or similar systems is a plus
