We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Full-time Administrator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order processing, customer service, and inventory management, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining excellent relationships with both clients and suppliers.
- Order Processing and System Management:

Efficiently process incoming orders and accurately enter them into the company's system
- Maintain and update customer and product information in the database
- Generate and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and other relevant documentation
- Monitor order status and communicate any changes or delays to relevant parties
- Client and Supplier Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client and supplier inquiries via phone and email
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and offering product information
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, coordinating deliveries and resolving any discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client and supplier needs are met efficiently
- Inventory Management:

Regularly check and update in-stock item quantities and availability
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory counts
- Identify and report low stock levels to the purchasing department
- Assist in conducting periodic inventory audits
- Logistics Support:

Handle logistics queries from clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Coordinate with shipping companies to arrange deliveries and track shipments
- Resolve any shipping-related issues or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities
- General Administrative Tasks:

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed
- Assist in organising meetings and maintaining calendars
