Job Title: Temporary Cleaning Operative
Reports to: Manager
Hours: 6 am to 9am
Role Overview: We are looking for a reliable cleaning operative to undertake cleaning tasks at our clients site premises. We’ll rely on you to keep our clients site cleaned to the highest standard, as per an agreed specification . This role is to cover long tern sickness
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of designated areas, as per the site instructions. The property is a large modern office block therefore you will be expected to carry out a range of activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, litter picking, cleaning washrooms and reception .All within the common area
- Emptying of bins, ensuring recycled waste is disposed of correctly.
- Attending to spillages by making sure they are cleaned within an efficient timeframe, to prevent accidents and ensure site, customer and staff safety.
- Following H&S and COSHH regulations.
- Proactive interaction with on-site clients and customers, offering superb customer service.
- Use of site-specific equipment, machinery and handling chemicals.
- Carrying out any other reasonable management requests.
Person Specification:
- Cleaning industry experience preferred
- Great work ethic
- Customer focused
- Effective communicator
Salary: £13.45
Pay: £13.45 per hour
