Rum and Fizz is our rum-led cocktail bar in Cardiff's Castle Arcade, built around warm service, proper drinks and a late-night atmosphere that actually feels alive. We work with rums from across the world, serve cocktails with care and keep the venue moving from relaxed early drinks into busy weekend nights. This is a place to learn the trade properly, work across bar and floor and be part of a team that takes pride in the standard.

Pay: £12.91 per hour + tips. 100% of the tipjar goes to the team.
Hours: Full-time and part-time available

What you’ll be doing
- Mixing, building and serving cocktails, spirits and draught to brand specification
- Looking after guests at the bar with attentive, knowledgeable service
- Keeping the bar stocked, clean and properly reset between rounds
- Handling payments accurately
- Supporting the floor team through busy services
- Contributing to the standards and atmosphere Rum and Fizz is known for
Who we’re after
A positive, switched-on bartender who enjoys hospitality and wants to get properly good at it. You care about clean bars, consistent drinks, guest experience and keeping your head when the venue gets busy. Experience is welcome, full training is provided either way.
