Location: UK Site Based | OTE: Up to £80,000 + Benefits

Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Site Based with Regular Overnight Stays Away

What Youll Do

As an Electrical Site Manager, youll take responsibility for the safe, effective and well-organised delivery of electrical installation works across renewable energy project sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and supervising electrical works on new installation sites
Working hands-on alongside supervisors to support safe and efficient site operations
Delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings and clear guidance to site teams
Supporting the Installation Team Manager and Operations Manager with day-to-day people matters on site
Working closely with the Project Engineer/Manager to help ensure projects are delivered on programme
Promoting Powersystems core focus on Health, Safety and Wellbeing across site teams and operators

Were looking for someone with:

3+ years experience managing sites involving complex electrical installations
SMSTS training successfully completed
The ability to quickly build rapport with site teams and earn the respect of colleagues and contractors
Electrical qualifications or relevant electrical experience
Experience with new installations in the energy sector would be advantageous
A full UK driving licence
The right to work in the UK
