Jacksons Leisure Supplies is a well-established retailer specialising in accessories and equipment for campervans, motorhomes, caravans and camping. We pride ourselves on friendly, knowledgeable customer service and quality products.
We’re looking for a keen and enthusiastic Sales and Product Advisor to join our team. This is a customer-facing/telephone sales and advice role, ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and learning about products. Full training is provided – attitude and willingness to learn are important.
The Role
You’ll help customers find the right products and provide practical advice across the counter, over the phone and through our online support system.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising customers and helping them choose the right products.
- Handling phone, face-to-face and online enquiries.
- Troubleshooting customer problems and finding practical solutions.
- Building strong knowledge of our product range.
- Processing sales accurately using our till and computer systems.
- Following up with customers to ensure they receive great service.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, enthusiastic and keen to learn.
- Comfortable speaking to customers face-to-face, on the phone and in writing.
- A good listener who can understand needs and recommend the right solution.
- Practical, organised and reliable.
- Able to manage their own workload and work independently.
- Confident using computers, tills and online systems.
- Positive and happy working as part of a team.
Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is desirable.
An interest in or experience with campervans, motorhomes, caravans, camping or outdoor leisure equipment would be an advantage, but full product training is provided.
