The Role
You’ll be hands-on producing high-quality sourdough products daily — mixing, shaping, fermenting, baking, and maintaining our high standards. You’ll work closely with the team and help drive new product ideas and improvements.
We start – from 4am
Weekend work is essential
We’re Looking For Someone Who
Has sourdough or artisan bread and pastry experience (or strong bakery experience with sourdough passion)
Takes pride in consistency and quality
Is reliable, organised, and works well in a team

About The Role
weighs ingredients according to recipe mixes ingredients using hand or machine to obtain the required consistency rolls and cuts pastry, stretches, kneads and moulds dough to form bread, rolls and buns fills and glazes pastry, mixes ingredients for cakes bakes bread, pastry and cakes makes cake decorations, spreads icing, fillings and toppings on products
