Solution Architect / Delivery Lead
(Client-Facing | Pre-Sales | Technical Delivery Ownership)

We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect / Delivery Lead to own client engagements from early discovery through to successful delivery of customised product solutions.
This is a high-impact hybrid role combining solution design, client engagement, technical leadership, and end-to-end delivery ownership.
What you’ll do
- Join client discovery calls with Sales and understand business needs
- Translate requirements into clear, practical solution designs
- Provide technical feasibility, architecture guidance, and delivery estimates
- Support Sales with input for proposals and commercial discussions
- Own end-to-end delivery of customised implementations
- Manage global delivery teams (developers, QA, support)
- Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Identify and manage risks early to avoid delivery issues
- Use AI and automation ideas to improve delivery efficiency

What we’re looking for
- 8–12+ years of experience in IT / software delivery
- Strong background in Solution Architecture or Technical Delivery roles
- Experience in client-facing engagements (discovery, requirements, solution design)
- Strong understanding of system design, integration, and databases
- Experience managing global or distributed teams
- Strong ownership of end-to-end delivery outcomes
- Experience supporting Sales / Pre-sales activities
- Exposure to AI, automation, or process optimisation (preferred)
