Due to continued growth, a well-established, independent Estate Agent located in a prime location within Melton Mowbray is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join its team.
The successful candidate will be joining a thriving, local family business who sell properties throughout Leicestershire. The Estate Agent is prides itself on providing excellent customer service and with a wealth of industry experience, a great reputation for quality advice and a friendly team, the company ensure a positive experience to vendors and purchasers alike.
As the Sales Negotiator your duties will include:
- Assisting the Sales Manager in the day to day running of the sales department.
- Liaising with both vendors and purchasers to provide viewing feedback, obtain necessary paperwork and generally provide a good, quality service.
- Speaking to Solicitors, mortgage advisors and surveyors etc to ensure property sales are proceeding in a timely fashion.
- Answering the telephone to assist the general public, book in valuations & market appraisals.
- Carry out viewings of properties on the market.
- Carry out the odd valuation to cover holiday periods.
To be a successful candidate you will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience within the industry.
- Self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Extremely well organised and able to prioritise your own workload.
- Professional, positive, diligent and diplomatic.
- Good people skills, approachable, willing to listen, fair.
- Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
- Previous experience with the property sector is essential.
In return you will receive a basic salary plus commission, receive 28 days holiday per year, pension scheme and use of company pool car. OTE £35,000.
