We are a small and supportive team in the kitchen and are looking to welcome a new member to the team to work as a Breakfast Chef.

Blue Pigeons Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team.
You’ll be at the heart of our morning service, creating delicious breakfasts that give our guests a great start to their day. From a perfect full English to beautifully cooked eggs and fresh breakfast specials, quality and consistency are key.
What you'll be doing
- Running a smooth and efficient breakfast service
- Cooking fresh, high-quality breakfast dishes
- Preparing everything needed for a busy morning service
- Maintaining excellent food presentation and portion control
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and fully compliant with food hygiene standards
- Managing stock and minimising food waste
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

- Previous professional kitchen experience
- Breakfast service experience is a big advantage
- A passion for great food
- Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure
- Reliable, organised and punctual
- High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
