BabyBallers runs fun, active football sessions for children aged 1.5–5. We're looking for someone who loves being around little kids, isn't afraid to be a bit silly, and can bring the energy on weejend mornings.
No football experience needed. Full training is provided. What matters most is your personality.
What the role looks like
● Leading themed sessions for toddlers and their parents, think games, ball skills, and lots of enthusiasm.
● Being loud, warm, and fun in front of a group of families.
● Keeping the kids engaged and the parents smiling.
● Setting up and packing away equipment before and after sessions.
You'd be great at this if you…
● Are a natural with young children, you enjoy their energy and know how to connect with them.
● Are confident in front of a group and happy to be the centre of attention.
● Study or have experience in drama, performing arts, sport, education, or childcare.
● Are reliable, upbeat, and bring good energy even on an early morning.
● Have done any of: children's parties, drama club, sports coaching, nursery volunteering, brilliant, but not required.
The details
● Weekend mornings, 8:30am–11:00am.
● Additional hours available as we grow.
● Full training provided before your first session.
● DBS check required, we'll help you with this.
● First Aid cert is a bonus but not essential.
