We’re looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager to join The Wayfarer Brewpub & Dining Rooms, part of Just The Place Group, family run hospitality venues including Ashfield House, Problem Child Events and Problem Child Brewing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong hospitality leader who thrives in fresh-food, high-quality environments and enjoys variety. You’ll take operational responsibility when on site, lead front-of-house teams from the front, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across the group.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading day-to-day operations in busy hospitality environments
- Being a visible, hands-on leader for your team
- Maintaining high service, food and drink standards
- Supporting financial controls, stock management and compliance
- Working closely with chefs, events teams and senior leadership
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid hospitality management experience (fresh food preferred)
- Is adaptable and happy working across multiple venues
- Leads with confidence, warmth and integrity
- Is organised, proactive and solution-focused
- Brings energy, personality and fresh ideas
