We are a compact kitchen with a benefit of an additional bar and grill outside in our beautiful garden and terrace. The team is tight knit and work hard along side each other.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in ensuring we have a clean, hygienic kitchen.
- Help with kitchen activities, aiding with menu preparation.
- Provide support to kitchen team .
- Be keen to jump in where needed.
- Ensure compliance food and hygiene.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a kitchen porter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Further training will be given to help you in your role and develop
