Job Title: HR Manager
Salary : £ 31,000 - £41,000 per annum (depending on qualifications)
Hours of work: Full-time 38.5 hours per week
We provide housing, care and support to People with Learning Disabilities and or Autism across Surrey so they can live their lives as independently as possible. This may be in our own accommodation or out in the community in people’s own homes.

About the role
As the HR Manager you will work across all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes delivering a proactive and flexible HR service support to all employees, whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, documented policies, statutory regulations and employment legislation.
You will work within Head Office however you will work on any site or places related to your work.
This role would suit an experienced HR Officer, HR Advisor or new Hr Manager looking to take the next step into HR management within a supportive and values-led organisation.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the organisation’s recruitment, retention and manage the full employee lifecycle.
- Provide a professional and responsive HR advisory service.
- Lead or support workplace investigations, disciplinary, grievance and capability processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organisational policy.
- Maintain compliance with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) Sponsor Licence requirements, ensuring all right-to-work and sponsorship obligations are met.
- Develop and implement workforce planning and talent management strategies.
- Complete payroll handover to Finance team and check monthly payroll.
- Provide clear and concise reports as required to the Senior Leadership team.
- Responsible for HR administration.
Who we are looking for:
- Level 3 CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7 desirable)
- At least 3 years' experience in an HR Officer/ HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
- Previous experience managing HRIS systems (preferably Bright HR)
- Previous experience of Health & Social Care sector (desirable)
- Experience of right to work checks and UKVI administration.
