Role Overview
Manage insurance portfolios while delivering tailored risk management solutions and exceptional client service.
Duties
- Manage and optimise existing insurance portfolios to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop customised insurance solutions by analysing client needs and market options.
- Engage in proactive sales activities, including telemarketing and outreach, to attract new clients.
- Conduct negotiations with clients and insurers to secure favourable terms and coverage options.
- Provide comprehensive customer service, addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to promote our insurance products and services effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities using appropriate administration systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and adherence to compliance standards.
Skills
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (bilingual), with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in sales administration or insurance sales is highly desirable.
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and market trends for tailored solutions.
- Exceptional customer service capabilities, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to the insurance industry.
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound sales campaigns is advantageous.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
