Duties
- Reach out to prospective students through various channels, including calls, emails, and social media platforms to generate interest in our programs
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand student needs and present tailored educational solutions
- Follow up diligently with leads to nurture relationships and address any questions or concerns they may have
- Negotiate enrollment terms and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new students
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions using IT systems and CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that attract potential students and increase engagement
- Drive participation in recruitment events, webinars, and campus visits to showcase our offerings and boost lead conversion rates
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, customer service, or student recruitment roles with a focus on lead conversion
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences
- Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and online communication platforms
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads simultaneously
