About Eipic Removals & Storage
Eipic Removals & Storage is a professional and growing removals company based in Mid Ulster.
We provide household and commercial removals throughout Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain, along with packing, storage and long-distance relocation services.
We take pride in providing a friendly, organised and dependable service. Moving home can be stressful, so our aim is to make every customer feel informed, supported and confident from their first enquiry through to moving day.
As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and personable Sales & Move Coordinator to manage incoming enquiries and guide customers through the quotation and booking process.
About the role
This is a remote, customer-facing role combining sales coordination, customer service and administration.
You will be the first personal point of contact for many of our customers. Your main responsibility will be to make sure every genuine enquiry receives a prompt, professional and helpful response.
You will contact customers who have already enquired about a move, help them provide the information required for an accurate quotation, arrange surveys, prepare quotation information, follow up outstanding quotes and help confirmed customers secure their booking.
This is primarily an inbound and warm-lead role. It does not involve high-volume cold calling.
The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking with customers by telephone, email and WhatsApp. You will need to be friendly and reassuring while also being confident enough to ask clear questions, follow up consistently and help customers make a decision.
You will work closely with the business owner, who will continue to approve pricing for complex and higher-value moves.
Key responsibilities
New enquiry management
- Respond promptly to new website, telephone, email and WhatsApp enquiries

- Confirm the customer’s moving locations, preferred date and basic requirements
- Establish whether the moving date is fixed, flexible or awaiting confirmation
- Identify urgent, high-value or unsuitable enquiries
- Record all customer information accurately in the CRM
- Ensure every live enquiry has a clear next action and follow-up date
Surveys and information gathering
- Explain the easiest ways for customers to provide information about their move
- Request walkthrough videos, photographs, inventories or property links
- Help customers who are unsure what information is required
- Arrange telephone, video or in-person surveys
- Follow up customers who have not yet supplied enough information
- Review submitted information and prepare a clear move summary
- Identify stairs, restricted access, parking issues, unusual items and additional services
Quote preparation and coordination
- Prepare customer and move information for pricing
- Create draft quotations using approved templates and pricing instructions
- Submit completed quote information to the owner for approval
- Send approved quotations promptly and accurately
- Clearly explain what is included in each quotation
- Offer suitable additional services such as packing, dismantling, reassembly and storage
- Confirm that customers have received and understood their quotation
- Maintain accurate quote values, dates and statuses in the CRM
Sales follow-up
- Follow up every outstanding quotation according to the company process
- Contact customers by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp and email
- Ask helpful questions to identify concerns about price, timing or service
- Update quotations when the customer’s plans or requirements change
- Explain the booking and deposit process
- Help customers progress from quotation to confirmed booking
- Record accurate reasons when a customer decides not to proceed
- Re-engage suitable past enquiries where appropriate
Confirmed booking administration
- Send booking confirmations and deposit instructions
- Check that customer details, dates and addresses are correct
- Confirm any packing, dismantling, storage or access requirements
- Prepare a clear job information pack for the removals team
- Highlight special items, access difficulties and customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of payments and outstanding actions
- Support customers with routine questions before moving day
Customer care and business support
- Provide calm, friendly and professional customer service
- Help customers feel confident throughout the moving process
- Respond appropriately to routine questions and concerns
- Escalate complaints, claims and unusual requests to the owner
- Request customer reviews after completed moves
- Assist with referral and repeat-customer follow-up
- Suggest improvements to templates, systems and customer communication
