Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable carpenter to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively to complete construction tasks
- Perform roofing, masonry, carpentry, and other building-related duties with attention to detail
- Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to support project timelines
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing structures as needed
- Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately
- Support project teams by preparing work sites, measuring materials, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Drive company vehicles for material transport or project-related travel when required
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high safety standards
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues using relevant knowledge and tools
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly store tools and equipment after use
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or related trades such as roofing, masonry, carpentry, or welding
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended periods
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or experience driving large vehicles is preferred
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices on job sites
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Excellent physical stamina and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of masonry techniques and roofing systems is advantageous
