Are you an experienced Lettings Professional looking for a fresh opportunity with a growing independent estate agency?
We’re looking for a confident and knowledgeable Lettings Manager with at least 2 years’ experience in residential lettings/property management to join our team in Tameside.
This is a hands-on role within a supportive and ambitious business, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the lettings department and grow with the company.
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), based in our Dukinfield office, with flexibility required to attend properties for inspections, viewings, and maintenance-related matters when needed.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the lettings and property management department, including:

Managing a small team
-
Managing landlord and tenant relationships

Handling tenancy progression and compliance
-
Overseeing maintenance and repairs
-
Managing property inspections and viewings
-
Working with systems including Alto, Rightmove, Inventory Base, Rightmove and Fixflo

Supporting the continued growth of the business
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings/property management

Good understanding of lettings compliance and processes

Strong communication and organisational skills

Strong systems and software skills
-
Future-focused with a proactive approach to improving processes and supporting growth

Professional, organised, and confident in managing workloads
-
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
