Where do you fit in?
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by selling campaign management trials to service based businesses in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect potential clients through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn, focusing on service based businesses in the UK and Ireland.
2. Execute effective sales strategies to close B2B deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions
4. Demonstrate strong communication skills both in written and verbal forms.
5. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to drive business development initiatives.
6. Consistently meeting or exceeding required daily and weekly talk time targets through proactive outbound calling and pitching.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. 2+ years of experience in successfully closing B2B sales.
2. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Experience in prospecting and lead generation via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.
6. Money-motivated with a strong work ethic.
7. Business acumen and strategic thinking.
8. Sales CRM experience preferred (Hubspot/salesforce etc)
Training and Support:
1. Best-in-class sales training: 3 week Sales Academy induction (9 am - 5 pm)
2. Product training provided by Google qualified service team.
3. Ongoing on-the-job support to ensure continuous professional development.
4. Access to qualified data for prospecting.
