We are recruiting a Manager of Integrated Services to support several divisions of our Health and Social Care Businesses in the UK. Our Integrated Services includes 3 Health and Social Care Limited Companies. These include An OFSTED Regulated Business in England and A CIW Regulated Company covering Wales. There are currently 22 Homes across the 3 companies however it is expected that the Manager will support over 30 homes in 2026.
This role reports into the Group Service Director and requires an individual who is innovative, effective and passionate about producing good outcomes for vulnerable people. The post holder will be able to develop strategic thinking and interpret it into operational development.
The successful candidate will be able to build confidence across the organisation as well as with external partners; they will be able to operate in smart and inventive ways, developing an agile and problem-solving culture. A key responsibility will be to challenge, support and develop service teams ensuring robust systems for performance and financial management and quality governance are in place,
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the organisation across health and social care ensuring that services are managed effectively and deliver against contracts meeting qualitative and quantitative performance targets and within the financial allocations.
- Form Part of the Strategic Management Team with the Service Director and Service Managers for the Respective companies
- Create a culture of strong leadership that nurtures and develops talent across several Health and Social Care Services.
- Manage complex projects including service development, as required, improving capacity, service efficiency, quality, and capability.
- Work closely with the Service Managers of the relevant companies deliver operational support to integrated services.
- Support where required the integration of new services into the Group. The post holder may be part of a cross functional corporate development team for the integration of new services.
- Identify interdependencies across projects/ functions, potential impacts on member practices and wider systems, resource requirements and building in contingency adjustments, as necessary.
- Manage Referrals across Integrated Services
- Support Quality Assurance Monitoring across services.
- Support the creation of Management Information across the services.
- Work with Group HR to Recruit Staff into the various businesses.
- Support Supervision for Staff across the Services
- Work with key staff to ensure that each service meets all performance targets and healthcare standards that are relevant to its services.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or Equivalent in Health and Social Care, Management, Nursing, Social Work or related field.
- At least 3 years management experience
