Duties
- Preparing estimates and quotations
- Typing up invoices and general correspondence
- Managing accounts using Xero accounting software
- General office management and administration tasks
- Booking in jobs and scheduling works
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and site teams
- Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry software
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy for document preparation and correspondence
- Good phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous clerical experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific software tools

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
