Site Supervisor / Foreman — Residential New Build
Wokingham | Full-time, Permanent | £50,000–£70,000

New sites are kicking off in Wokingham, and we need someone to run the mechanical side of things on the ground — someone the client trusts and the team looks to for answers.
The role:
You'll own mechanical delivery on site: keeping installations on spec and on programme, coordinating trades, staying on top of H&S and site records, and managing subcontractors and suppliers day-to-day. You're the single point of contact when anything mechanical needs sorting.
You'll fit well if you have:
- 2+ years supervising mechanical work on site
- Solid plumbing and mechanical systems knowledge
- SSSTS or SMSTS, plus a valid CSCS card
- The kind of leadership that gets trades and management on the same page
- A full UK licence (multi-site travel comes with the job)
