We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working individual to work alongside our kitchen team 2 days a week (6am start) for 2026 Season. Predominantly weekend work. Experience cooking in a busy, fast paced environment is essential. Level 2 in Health & Safety and Food Hygiene is desirable, however in house training will be given. Competitive rate of pay based on experience.
Job Role to include:
- Cooking foods to a high standard and timely
- Responsible for completion of Food Safety/Hygiene paperwork
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Complying with all food legislation rules and regulations
- General cleaning duties end of shift
- Responsible for orders/supplies
- Good time keeping
- Prioritising a high volume of order tickets
- Flexible working to the needs of the business
