The Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Refresh Cleaner to join our team at National Trust, Lacock. This role is focused on ensuring washroom facilities remain fully stocked, clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout the day for staff and visitors. You'll play an important part in maintaining high standards across the site's washroom facilities by carrying out regular checks, replenishing consumables, and keeping storage areas organised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain three toilet facilities across the site.
- Carry out regular checks of washrooms to ensure they remain clean, presentable, and fully stocked.
- Refill consumables including toilet rolls, soap, paper towels, and other washroom supplies.
- Transfer stock from the main storage area to washroom cupboards as required.
- Monitor stock levels and report when supplies need replenishing.
- Keep washroom storage cupboards organised, tidy, and accessible.
- Remove waste and ensure hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all site procedures and health and safety guidelines.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and site staff.
About You:
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Well organised with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable carrying and moving cleaning supplies and consumables around site.
- Takes pride in maintaining clean and well-presented facilities.
- A good understanding of basic health and safety requirements.
