As a Housing Officer, you’ll deliver a high-quality housing management service that supports tenants, strengthens neighbourhoods, and helps sustain thriving communities. In this varied role, you'll manage tenancies, address anti-social behaviour, support residents, oversee property allocations, minimise void periods, and work closely with partner agencies to provide excellent outcomes for customers. You'll build strong relationships, resolve complex issues, and play a key role in ensuring safe, sustainable housing services.
