Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
Location: Totton (Commutable from Southampton, Calmore, Marchwood, Hythe, Romsey, New Forest)
Salary: Up to £42,500 Basic + Performance Bonus Scheme
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:30) – Strictly No Weekends!

- Conducting official MOT tests on cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs) to strict DVSA standards

Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults across a diverse mix of makes and models

Performing routine servicing, multi-point vehicle health checks, and general mechanical repairs

Maintaining clean, high-standard workmanship and upholding our 40-year reputation for quality service
- MOT Badge: Active and valid DVSA MOT Tester Licence (essential)

Skills: Strong mechanical competence and fault-finding diagnostic capability

Experience: Proven experience working in a fast-paced garage or dealership workshop

Licence: Valid full UK Driving Licence
