Supervisor – The Westerfield Swan (part time, mostly weekends)

We’re on the hunt for a passionate, energetic Supervisor to join our team at The Swan! You’ll lead shifts, support the management team, and drive our crew to deliver amazing service every time.
You’ll need at least a year’s experience in food & beverage, must be 18 years old and over, a great attitude, and a love for working in a fast-paced, fun environment.
Responsibilities
- Taking orders and serving food
- Preparing and serving drinks
- Taking table reservations
- Leading a team throughout shifts
- Cashing up tills
- Delivering training to the team
- Opening and closing the premises as a key holder
- Making barista quality coffees
- Relaying and cleaning tables
- Delivering great customer service
